What will I be doing?
The Business Development Manager is responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage prospective clients and understand their needs
• Manage complex contract negotiations
• Champion client’s agreement from design to first article
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenue year over year
• Assist with marketing strategy and sales support
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships with travel, as required
• Participate in revenue budget forecasting
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education:
• Proven success in the development and presentation of sales proposals and closing deals that generate desired revenue growth
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 years’ experience in sales in the packaging industry
